USE COMMON SENSE
Do not disrespect or use racism to other members of the community when out-of-character (OOC).
Do not harass, grief, or troll players of the community.
Do not spam via chat or your microphone.
Do not post links on the server/forums (Unless associated with Steam / Garnet Gaming).
Do not abuse exploits or loopholes, report those to staff members, and you may receive a reward!
Do not impersonate other users (This includes having identical or similar names).
Do not intentionally submit false reports.
Do not display pornography or otherwise graphic material.
You may not scam players (Promising something to someone and not following through).
DDoS or the publicizing of other member's private information (DOX) will result in a permanent ban. (This includes all hacking threats).
Admin decisions are final.

Do not RDM.

Random Death Match; Killing players with no RP reason.
Disrespect, mic spam, or anything that would not result in damage being taken is not RP reasons to kill someone.

Do not NLR.

New Life Rule; Returning to the scene of your death immediately after dying or before the preset time has run out.
If you die defending a base during a raid you may not return to the base until the raiding party has left the base.

NLR Timer: 3 Minutes.

Do not prop minge or prop surf.

Aimlessly throwing props around, trapping other players, and or any other inappropriate use of a prop).

Do not stack/chain adverts.

Example: Raid/Assist/Mug/warn123/false/over, etc..

Do not demote players if staff are on.

Check if any staff are on through the tab menu before using /demote you may be subject to a warning.

Do not Fading Door Abuse.

FDA: Abusing keybinds on your keyboard to open and close fading doors.

Do not RP in spawn

Example: Raping, Building, Mugging, shooting people etc.

Do not body block or door spam

Making it so players cannot pass you or spamming e on a door to prevent it from being opened or closed.

Do not run into spawn to avoid an RP situation.
Do not change your name more than 3 times within 5 minutes.
Do not use /advert or /broadcast for Non-RP reasons.
You may not climb SWEP abuse

Example: Hitting players with the Climb SWEP for no reason.

You may not text screen minge.
You may not kill yourself to avoid an RP situation.
You may not use key binds to fade and unfade fading doors during an RP situation.

Example: Fading the entrance of your base with a keybind while running from someone mugging you.

You may not kill civil protection while wanted unless they are making an attempt to actively arrest you.
You may steal after adverting steal, once you advert steal the victim or the victim's party member(s) have the right to kill you without adverting counter.
You may not leave a sit unless declared over by a moderator.
You may not report on another players behalf.
Metagaming is prohibited.

Use of OOC or PM to affect the given RP situation you or others are related in.
Example: /OOC “I'm being raided *name* come help me!).

Invisible names are prohibited
Adverts and broadcasts must be coherent.
Do not interrupt staff reports.

BUILDING & BASING RULES

KOS lines only apply to interiors.

You may only kill someone inside your base if you have a KOS sign placed on the exterior of the building.

Do not build in the streets (Unless your job allows for it).

This includes partially blocking streets, checkpoints, megabases, etc.

Obscure KOS or Building signs are prohibited.

Signs that blend in with building or materials are prohibited; Furthermore, KOS or Building text screens must be a minimum size of 40.

Your base must be raidable by all classes with raiding capabilities.

Example: CP, Thieves, etc.

If you wish to construct your base without getting raided, you must place down a text screen reading Building onto the exterior.

If you have a building sign placed on the building you're basing in and are actively building, you're immune to muggings and raids against yourself.
You may not have a building sign and a kos sign simultaneously.
If a building sign is placed on the exterior of a building all roleplay is paused inside of the building.
While your building sign is placed, you shouldn't have any valuables/entities inside your base.

Example: Placing printers inside the base with a building sign. (Or any other item purchasable through the F4 Menu).

You may not have more than 4 fading doors operated by keypads per base

Players should only have to crack each keypad once upon entry and once upon exit.

Example: Bases that loop around requiring your to crack one fading door multiple times.

You may block off excess entrances to your base.

Example: Blocking windows, backdoors, garage doors, etc.

You may not have a base designed to trap people.
You must be active within a base which you own the doors for.
You may not own multiple buildings unless your job allows for it.
You may not build on sit roofs

i.e. Roofs that staff actively use for reports

You may not spawn or edit the brightness of lights over 512 and a magnitude of 2.
You must own all of the exterior doors to a building in order to build upon it.
You cannot force someone to crouch during a raid for ANY reason

Example: Crouching to shoot back, crouching to crack keypads, etc.

All keypads must have a hold length of at least 6 seconds.
Every fading door must have a keypad or button.
The lobby of PD must be accessible at all times

You cannot make it AOS/KOS to enter the lobby with a text screen or law.

You may not materialize fences.
Do not set up an unfair advantage in a firefight within your base

Example: Where you can see and shoot someone, but they cannot see or shoot back or any other unfair advantage.

No invisible props, buttons or keypads.
Blackout/Colorout bases are not allowed.
Maze bases are not allowed.
All entities are considered props - this includes cameras, text-screens, etc.
Keypads must be visible and directly beside the prop which they operate.
Do not materialize or hide keypads/buttons.
No faulty keypads (keypads disconnected from a fading door).
No crouch bases (forcing another user to crouch in order to enter your base).

You cannot force someone to crouch during a raid for ANY reason

Crouching to shoot back, crouching to crack keypads, etc.

RAIDING RULES

You may not raid people who have a building text screen on their base
You may not build while being raided.

Example: Forgetting to place a wall, so you attempt to quickly fix it while actively being raided.

You may not lockpick or keypad crack until you have adverted raid.
You may not raid hobo huts.
You may not raid the cinema.
You may not kill nearby players unless they're inside the building in which you're raiding.

You may kill the owner(s) of base/CPs and or people who are interfering/countering.

Example: Payer(s) continuously opening or closing doors.

You may not kill arrested players unless they are out of their jail cell.
If you want to steal/destroy raided printers in transport you must first advert steal or counter
If transporting stolen printers you must still be raiding
There is a 20-minute cooldown if you want to raid the same player(s) or the PD once again.
Raids can last up to 10 minutes
You may not chain raid.

Example: Assisting to avoid your initial cool down.

MUGGING RULES
Levels Temp removed for development, Please mug reasonably - Lead Moderator

You may mug someone for a minimum of $500, and a maximum of $5,000.
You may not mug players who are AFK or have a building sign on the exterior of their base.
There is a 5-minute cooldown between each mug.
You must provide your victim with 10 seconds to drop the cash, you may chase after them if they disobey, and may shoot them when 10 seconds have passed.
Your target must be aware they are being mugged.
During mugs, you may not strip someone of their rights to run or fight back.
If the victim drops the cash you may not kill them

JOB RULESCitizen

You may not perform illegal activities such as mugging or raiding.
You may counter illegal activities.
You may own money printers and base.

Government - Police Officer, SWAT, SWAT Commander, Police Chief; SWAT Team

You may not base, own doors, or build, not even in the PD.
You may not use third person perspective to gain information that isn't normally available in first person, (i.e. abusing third person to view raidables through walls.)
You may not perform illegal actions.
You may not randomly want or warrant.
You may not Stun Stick Abuse (SSA).
You may not unarrest without permission from the Mayor or Warden. If there is no Mayor or Warden, you may unarrest, but you must have a reason.
You may not want/warrant someone for having a gun out in their own base.
You may not kill arrested players unless they are out of their jail cell.
You may not use your battering ram to access areas that are prohibited (i.e. Mayors office,)
You may counter without adverting.
You may only warrant if you SEE raidables, you may not warrant based off of sound or assumption.
You must enforce the laws of the city.
Civil Protection may break NLR ONLY DURING PD RAIDS.
Police Warden may build, but only in the jail of the PD.
Only the Mayor can create the KOS sign for the PD, if there is no mayor, then the Police Chief, if there is no Police Chief or Mayor, you may not have a KOS sign.
All Civil Protection requesting a warrant could be held liable for a false warrant if proof is not shown when asked.

Dealers - Import/Export, Black Market, and Bartenders

You may not deny a customer.
You may not self-supply unless there is no one else available.
You may not perform illegal activities*, I.E: raids, mugging, etc.

With the exception of owning printer(s)

You must be available to sell at all times.

Hitman

You may raid only if necessary to complete a hit.
You may counter all illegal activities.
Hits may only be placed using a payphone or /placehit
Hobo
You may not block off the streets.
You may not perform any illegal activities, such as money printing.
You may not create toll booths.
You may not build on roofs.
You may not spawn props randomly around the map, they must be part of your hut.
You may not own a gun larger than a pistol.
You may only build small huts, nothing else. No larger than a 6x6x6 plate in length, width, and height.
You may mic spam using only your voice and instruments, no media such as videos, soundboards, etc.
You must base outdoors.
Hobos may not have KOS signs.
Hobos are immune to lockdowns, raids, and muggings, Furthermore, their donation box may not be stolen.
Hotel Manager (Civiliain Job civilians may roleplay as)
You may not own printers, meth, weed, etc. as a source of income.
You may not perform illegal activities, I.E: raids, mugging, etc.
You may not base or build anywhere other than the inside of the hotel located in the city; different from the suburbs.
You may evict players from their hotel room with proper reasoning as long as they bought the room after you became the manager.
You may use weapons and mercenaries/bodyguards to protect your establishment.
You may refuse to offer a room to a player with correct reasoning. I.E: Cannot afford a room, breaking KOS rules, etc.
You may charge players as much as you want to purchase a room, however, you may not forcefully tax players after so. ex: Forcing players to pay you to stay in their rooms.
You must stay inside the hotel as the manager.
Mayor
You may not deny the police warden entrance to the jails, and you may not deny your wife entrance to the PD.
You may not be in the same party as any raiding classes.
You may not stay in spawn to avoid being killed.
You may not create laws to restrict jobs and owning shops (Example: AOS if hobo, or AOS if owning a shop).
You may not create laws to restrict a players movement
You may not have laws or text-screens that make disrespect aos/kos.
You may only build inside the PD.
You may allow certain players permission to enter PD and spend time with you past the 2nd door, but they may not enforce your KOS rules.
You may not create laws that clash with default laws.
No KOS laws.
No J-walking laws.
No minge laws.
If you call a lockdown, you must explain your reason for the lockdown via "/broadcast"
Lockdowns can last up to 5 minutes maximum with a 5-minute cooldown. You must give a valid reason for a lockdown such as (Mass lawbreaking, PD Raid, Assassination attempt etc.) The mayor must broadcast a warning 30 seconds before lockdown begins.

Medical Doctor

You may not own a gun larger than a pistol.
You may not call your own raids, mug, or own printers.
You may assist in raids, but you may only assist by healing.
You may set up a clinic in which you may charge players money to be healed, or be hired as a personal medic.

Raiding Classes

You may mug and raid.
You may own a base and printers.
You may counter illegal activities.

Rules for up coming jobs.Security Guard

You may not act as a security guard for the PD.
You may not act as a guard for your client outside of the base.
You may protect your client's base interior.
You may own printers and store them in the base you are guarding.Crips & Bloodz Leader
You may lead your gang in raids and mugs, as well as create a base for you and your gang to store printers in.
You may accept/deny gang war proposals.
You may megabase, although it cannot be in or across the street. You need at least 3 or more Crips or Bloodz members to megabase. You cannot take up more than 3 buildings.
Crips & Bloodz Member
You must follow the orders of, and base with, the gang leader. If there is no leader currently on, you must base with other members.
You may perform illegal activities, i.e. raids, mugging, own printers.Cinema Owner
You may not deny customers the right to pay for entry.
You may not charge more than $5,000 for entry.
You may not commit any illegal activities
You may not use any weapon larger than a knife.
Cinema Owners are immune to raids, and muggings.
